With support from TravPRO Mobile, Visit Lauderdale has introduced Lauderdale Loyalist. A new interactive mLearning training and sales platform designed for travel advisors. Already available online, Lauderdale Loyalist redefines destination training by combining education with ongoing sales resources.
The journey begins with a series of interactive modules covering Greater Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, communities, and signature themes such as nature, arts and culture, LGBT+ travel, and the region’s hallmark spirit of inclusivity shaped by its diverse population. After completing the modules, advisors move to the Retain section, where all content remains accessible anytime for quick reference.
Offering a dynamic, multi-modal learning experience, Lauderdale Loyalist includes videos, images, promotional highlights, insider tips, and interactive questions about the destination’s wide variety of lodging and activities. Advisors also gain access to an extensive destination directory with more than 500 suppliers, complete with search and filter functions, making it easy to find and book the right partners. All assets are designed to be educational, engaging, and instantly shareable or downloadable with just one tap.
Our current priorities within the Global Travel Trade segment include enhancing pre and post cruise offerings, expanding luxury travel experiences such as premium resorts and spas, yacht charters, sports and entertainment, and curated culinary programs. These efforts are highlighted by Greater Fort Lauderdale’s recent inclusion in Florida’s MICHELIN Guide and the addition of several local restaurants to the guide.
